Quality: As our items are carefully handmade by skilled craftsmen, small variations in casting and glaze finish can be expected to make each piece unique.

Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product, call us within 5 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. Repack items carefully in the original packing material, and prepay and insure the shipping. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Terms: We accept payment through PayPal.

Shipping: Items are shipped within the USA via UPS Ground delivery. Please contact us regarding orders outside of the USA.

Delivery: We will consign your parcel to UPS within 48 hours of receipt of your order. UPS Ground delivery times vary from one to five business days depending on your location.
